Undercover policewoman Goldie Blair has been stripped naked, and she's still helplessly bound and gagged in the storage room. The evil clown carries in Goldie's partner Alexis (still in costume), who's still bound hand and foot. The villain silences Alexis with a wrap-gag, and the busty damsels are left alone to struggle. They make a valiant yet futile effort to free each other, and remain bound captives at the mercy of the ruthless criminals.
