Waitress Bella gets locked in the stocks to be tickled wearing Nylons. From the moment the tickling begins she is struggling hard to escape the stocks, working up a sweat from all of the expended energy. So of course we had to break out the toe ties to keep all of her movement under control, allowing us to get at her most ticklish spot just beneath her toes.
