Ive had this pretty balloon for a while one that I am assuming is a qualatex 24 star print. I Cant be sure for certain as I was sent to me in a package with a bunch of other balloons all unmarked. I Love doing blow to pops but I dont like inflating them right in front of my face. When they are so close to my face I cant fully enjoy the experience of watching them grow with every breath.
