Tillys are one of my favorite balloons, they get so big and are just a wonderful balloon all around. I had a fan send me a few and the ones that I have played with before I had no trouble with but this one well its quickly becoming another story. I do everything in my power to make this tilly do what I want it to but it fights back, in the end who will win me or the tilly?
