I've been really backed up lately, so I decide it's time for an enema. I actually really like enemas. I love the feeling of the water rushing up inside me, the cramps, the swollen belly, and of course how clean and refreshed I feel afterwards. I have a 2qt enema bag and I fill it with warm soapy water. I bend over and slide it up inside me. Once I hit the lever, the water immediately rushes inside of me.
