While cleaning my garage where I train I found a big box...very massive and hard to break...but nothing can resist my enormous power...so I'm crushing, breaking, smashing the box and posing my huge biceps (over 42 cm!!!). I like the sound of breaking that nothing can resist my strengths...imagine what can happen to your ribs)) if I will have the chance to "meet" them)). So powerful video.
