After escaping from her bonds Wonder Tomi once again confronts the evil Toon Man. And once again she's subdued and captured. This time, before she's re-tied, the villain removes her clothes! Wonder Tomi is re-tied, gagged and even fondled by her captor. He picks up a camera and begins snapping pics of his naked bound captive threatening to bribe her with the pics!
