Master has me train 3-4 times a week in my Armbinder. This keeps me flexible and more able to stay in the Armbinder for long periods of time when I am serving at our parties. I will train for one hour in the Armbinder but the ring gag I can only stay in for about 45 minutes. Master quickly unlocks the ring gag and stuffs the largest ball gag in to finish out my training. This is how I live and wouldnt have it any other way. My life is always full of surprises!!!!
