It's early in the morning and I was awakened by the "twirling" in my stomach. I felt I had to go to the toilet. When I sit on the toilet a lot of bombs fall out of me, this "emptying" is very intense. The farts are loud and foul and the bombs are so big my toilet seems to clog.
