My bloated belly is freed from the massive brownie, my anus is working hard. the noises are so loud my neighbors can hear me.... but fuck it! I need to empty myself!

I make loud noises with my anus and groan because I have diarrhea which is destroying my anus, it's not nice, But I have no choice but to empty myself completely. My gases are poisonous and toxic, they come out!
