A huge monster has formed in my belly, expanding in all directions. The skin on my belly is so tight I'm afraid it's going to burst. When I empty my stomach, I feel my internal organs fall back into place. The powerful blocks fall one by one into the toilet. Loud splashes are heard and I see my stomach slowly returning to normal. When I fart, putrid gases come out of me, there is a terrible stench. However, I see that my stomach is flat and not bloated.
