I must admit something that may sound weird and kind of freak: my bathroom is like my personal shelter, my most intimate hideout where I turn to whenever I feel sad or depressed. Today I feel bad, and of course I ended up in my bathroom, looking at myself in the mirror in my summer pijama. I like looking straight at my face as if I was another person looking at me and I could find an answer to what I am thinking or fe...

I can ́t explain it, but I feel really good in this part of my house, I have always locked out there since I was a first at my parents ́ home and now in my own house.

Today I feel bad, and of course I ended up in my bathroom, looking at myself in the mirror in my summer pijama. I like looking straight at my face as if I was another person looking at me and I could find an answer to what I am thinking or feeling. I feel like this because of somebody. Yes, somebody I can ́t understand. Somebody I appreciate but behaves in a way it hurts me. And suddenly I need to put into words my inner sensations, I need to exteriorize what is hurting my heart.

You see me from a low angle, specifically from the bottom of the sink.

So I start talking to the mirror as if that person was in front of me, right there, listening to me. I usually do this, I guess this personal and emotional technique helps me to release my pain in that very moment. I just mutter my words, they are almost unintelligible because I whisper in a low voice... and of course I start crying. You see my tears start showing up in my eyes and falling down my cheeks slowly. My eyes are shining. My crying is getting stronger and more heartbreaking every second. I barely can speak because of the sobbing and my nose filled with snots...

And then I sit down on the toilet seat. My face is so red and my hair is messy and disheveled. My face is clearly shaken. My eyes are swollen too because of the tears. I can ́t stop muttering. That imaginary person is still there but he says nothing.

Now my nose is super stuffy and I take some toilet paper to blow it some times, but it keeps being stuffy.

Finally I feel more calmed. I need to relax and clear my head and my mind.
