In your kitchen, say you're tied up with a task like doing dishes or preparing a meal. You're a bit desperate to go, but it's not too bad, so you ignore it. As time passes, though, it becomes harder to ignore, but you're too busy to go to the bathroom. Perhaps to relieve a bit of pressure, you just unbuckle your pants, that and in the anticipation that you may not make it to the toilet, but when you feel that you're fine, you buckle them back up. Could also be maybe you get a phone call that keeps you at the sink, too.

When the urge becomes too much, you find...

When the urge becomes too much, you find something large enough to sit on, like a waste basket or trash can if you have one, perhaps maybe struggle with your pants for a bit like they're too tight at that moment. Time length can be up to you, but that's the basic idea.

Oh, and when you do ultimately decide to go, could the angle possibly be seen from the side? Sort of like in the attached image.
