I come home from a nice long run, I brush the tangles out of my long silky blonde hair. Then decide to wash it in the sink. I shampoo it twice just to make sure its extra clean. My hair makes sooo many soapy bubbles, it takes forever to rinse them all out. Then I finish off with lots of conditioner, a quick towel dry and last of all brush it all out.
