OR: Viktoria gives advantage to Hanako and Viktoria has to win from a lower position.

And everything without stopping without break and Hanako can cheat anytime and she can do everything what she want to win against Viktoria. So just Viktoria has to keep the rules but Hanako can break the rules of the normal armwrestling.
