Multiple gags are changed onscreen. First Engle is cleave gagged with a necktie pulled between her teeth, which is later changed out for another necktie. This is then changed again for a third necktie. The gags are wound around her head two or three times each and tied behind the back of her head. Seated in a chair with the camera on her face the whole time.
