Blonde statuesque Tobi is handcuffed hands and feet to a chair. Her mouth is packed with a very large piece of cloth, and more cloth is toed over her mouth and knotted behind her head to keep the packing in place. Then she is blindfolded. An ace bandage is wrapped around the lower half of her head, over her gags. Then tape is wrapped over the bandage, making a very effective and uncomfortable multi-layer gag. Then each layer is removed and the large wad of cloth is pulled from her mouth.
