Tobi is handcuffed hands and feet to a chair in her bra and panties. Her mouth is stuffed with pantyhose, and the legs of the hose are tied around her head and between her teeth multiple times making a very tight cleave gag. The pantyhose gag is removed, and replaced with a red bandana cleave gag knotted in the middle. Later a blindfold is added and she squirms helplessly in the chair, and then the blindfold is replaced with a thicker, more effective one.
