The patient Canada, gets restless knowing his naked body is on display in front of three clothed female medical professionals, AND go through each part of his examination three times. Even though he is the patient, he is able to understand the dynamic of the situation, the doctors are here to learn not to actually help him.

To begin the exam, Doctor Nicole shows the important questions to ask the patient, as well as how to complete their preliminaries including height and weight and vitals. After all taking turns completing preliminaries and questions, Doctor Nicole then goes through the motions of auscultation and ENT check up, then allows her students to show them how they do it. After this, Dr Nicole moves on to the mechanics portion of the exam, and shows her students how to exam feet as well as conduct reflex tests.

After all of this is done, Doctor Nicole can begin teaching the students how to conduct a cremasteric reflex along with breast and abdominal examinations.

Last of the examination for a male patient involves a pelvic and prostate exam. Unfortunately, the patient will have to endure four different prostate exams as the doctor shows different ways to conduct it.
