Dressed in jeans, t-shirt and my pink sneakers, I'm ready to go out, but somehow, I lose a sneaker as I pace around the kitchen, checking my travel plans on my phone. I don't realise immediately, and then can't find it anywhere! I hobble around the kitchen in one sneaker and one socked foot. Where is my shoe? Eventually I start to search the house, going from room to room looking for my sneaker. My sock starts to pick up dirt on its sole but I'm distracted and stressed and don't notice.
