You love dressing up in PPE don't you? Well, so do I, and I'm going to instruct you exactly how to do it, in readiness to be visited later this evening by someone who'll appreciate how you've dressed up for them!

Firstly, I slip out of my dressing gown, and instruct you to get naked and put your hair up in a bun. Next, we put on the plastic cap and breathing mask and make sure its straps are pulled tight.
