I've been challenged to cut insoles made of spiky plastic for my high heels, and to endure standing still in them, without making a sound, for 10 minutes. To make things even more challenging, I have to wear painful clover clamps on my nipples, with bells that will ring if I move around too much. A chopstick tongue gag completes the painful picture, and I have to cuff my wrists behind me with handcuffs before taking my place in the corner and starting the timer.
