Crimson Empire [Punishment]

After Crimson declared that she would never join the dark, Artemis decides maybe a bit harsher punishment is in order to sway her over.

He hogties her in energy loaded cords, keeping her restrained so that he may administer the punishment without her moving too much. He starts off with a cane, whipping her soles, he can tell by her reactions that she is in pain. Throughout, he continues to hit her feet with the cane and a whip, throwing in tickles every once in awhile.
