Julie Simone has had it with her neighbor Diana and all of the noise coming from her apartment. She decides to take matters into her own hands and deal with her. After stripping Diana naked, Julie hogties her tight with cruel ropes, including a toe tie. Diana is then gagged even more thoroughly with a stuff gag over the ropes and straps already in her mouth. Finally, as a last act of cruelty, Julie includes Diana's long hair in the tie, further immobilizing her. And as a final measure, Diana's fingers are all taped together.
