Poor Julie Simone has been left buried in the sand with only her head and feet above the surface. Her so-called friend has got it in for her and begins tickling Julie's feet. First with her hands and then with a variety of implements. Julie tries to wriggle her feet out of the way, but she's not going to get free of her torment anytime soon, nor will she be free from the sand.
