Another confession of one of the effect of long time smoker.

Went to a doctor to have this check condition that has been made me uncomfortable for months now. Due to unhealthy lifestyle, this is one of the outcome. To ease this the doctor told me to stop smoking or it'll get worst overtime, which will lead to more complications.

I tried for two days but there are some factors that doesn't help me to stop. In this video you'll notice how unfocused I am.
