Gosh. Just a month ago from my recovery and here I am again. I'm still in denial that this is due to my heavy smoking that my immune system is slowly deteriorating. But I can't control myself, I don't even want to stop. Must admit that I like destroying myself in such a pleasurable way. Oh! And that ashtray got really filthy, had lots of spit in it.
