Yoga always help me focus and relieve my stress. But what really helps relieve all stress is me focusing on kicking my slave in the balls! So after I do some yoga poses I call my slave in and have him watch me stretch. When I feel I am loose and limber, I begin. I start out with some medium kicks and then work my way up to running full kicks to his poor little guys! I keep kicking till I work up a good sweat.
