Madame Malice and Mistress Ticklish are up to no good. They have concocted a potion to immobilize and make Batgirl ticklish. Batgirl appears and a fight ensues. However, Batgirl gives in and loses being to drink the potion. Mistress Ticklish and Madame Malice tickle her in submission, until she finally gives in and tells them where the location of the bat cave is. That's not good enough for Madame Malice and she double crosses her ally, Mistress ticklish. She tickles her into submission until she finds out the Tickle potion's ingredients.
