High Quality BatGraham knows Dr. E. Vile is up to no good. She breaks into his home to get him to stop experimenting on the good people of Gotham City. They get into a bit of a fight, but the Dr. has a trick up his sleeve. He has just perfected a liquid that when ingested makes people into mindless zombies doing everything he wants. To make sure it's working, the doctor has her do a series of things. Then makes her masturbate as he watches.
