Harley Quind is up to no good again. She's here to steal some goods from smaller bad guys. Little does she know that trailing behind her has been kitty woman. Kitty woman stuns her with a new weapon that causes her body to freeze and then slowly unfreeze. This helps as she ties the poor helpless heroine to a post. Once tied, she begins to poor Harley. She puts a crotch rope on and fastens it to a chain where she pulls it tight so Harley will be in pain whenever she squirms. Then, she attaches nipple clamps to the poor girl.
