Crushing two apples and a cucumber beneath my bare heels. Smashing them down until there's nothing left of them. Then I drag two new apples and cucumber over for them to suffer the same fate. I stomp and just smash them until they're pulverized. When they've had a good mashing I drag over the last apples and cucumber. I love the noises the apples make, a loud crunch sound.
