I have two citrus fruits just begging to get the juices squashed out of them. I start with a grapefruit with a cutting board over it and roll and bounce on a ball to smash it flat. It pops flat in no time and I just squash it flatter with just the cutting board. Once I get all the juices out I got to a large pomelo. I start off the same was as the grapefruit but I have a harder time balancing on this one. I'm slipping in the juices and it just won't flatten as much as the grapefruit.
