Sitting on the edge of my bed my feet feel squished as I swing my legs. I pop the heel out of my one shoe then dangle it on my big toe. Felt so good I do it to my other foot. I let them dangle for a bit then I drop them to the ground one by one. I then wiggle my free toes.
