Description

I usually put on a 15 pound hula hoop on my stomach/ABs on a daily basis, why? Because it keeps my stomach and hourglass figure looking nice and flat. I found this type of hula hoop through a Korean magazine and it actually helped keep my body super fit too, as you can see. 17 minutes of me doing this, but for a cheaper price. ENJOY!
