In part 3, I attach a set of medical hemostat clamps and heavy weights to his exposed and vulnerable scrotum. One by one, I add more and more clamps and weights to his pitiful balls. With each new addition, the pain grows exponentially. The weights literally pull and stretch his scrotal sack down to his knees, making for an easy target for my crop.
