Relentlessly I continue to strike his back, shoulders and buttocks again and again and again. The turning point comes when his eyes glaze over and his high pitched screams turn to low guttural moans of acceptance.

Sensing the end is near, I escalate the severity of his ordeal, striking harder and faster, as each agonizing blow takes him closer to the edge. His body wants to drop to the floor, but he is held upright by the restraints overhead. His spirit and soul however, free fall at my feet. He is mine. And a life of servitude and devotion is all that remains for this once proud slave.
