Firstly, it serves to make it painfully clear that their once prized genitals no longer belong to them. They belong to me, to do with as I choose. As I desecrate their family jewels, I also drain them of their pride, spirit and free will. Surrendering their manhood to me, for a life of eternal slavery. Secondly, an excruciating kick to the groin immediately serves to drop them to their rightful place on their knees and at my feet. Which is exactly where they belong at all times.
