Man Qing was captured by a bad guy. She was cuffed hands behind her and wore a collar. Her neck and hands were linked by a chain. The bad guy bounded her foots by a zip tie, with gagged her by a ball gag. Afterward the bad guy whipped her, in additon to raise up her neck's hanging position in order to increase her suffering.
