As the Executive Director of a large corporation, it's my responsibility to hire and FIRE the staff. As anyone can tell you, these days it's become increasingly difficult to terminate anyone, especially loser males. They've all got some ridiculous grievance or excuse, and they all want to threaten me with a lawsuit. I simply can't allow that. Apparently there is something called the "Fair Employment Act"??? UGH. I don't put up with such nonsense, so I have my own way of getting rid of the incompetence around here.
