After clamping nearly 100 clothes pins all over his body, Syren orders her helpless slave to lie down on a nearby ottoman, orders him to spread eagle, and she proceeds to smack and kick his nutsack until he is literally flopping around like a fish out of water. For his final punishment, Syren ever so slowly removes each clothes pinone by one.
