I was running behind this day so I was still getting ready for the show when Punisher was setting up in the studio. I walked in and seen that he had bolted down a post we haven't used since last year. I was excited and curious as to how he was going to use it. Instructed to kneel on the table, facing the pole, I did what I was told. He ties my elbows together, has me cross my ankles, and ties them together as well. Then he bends me forward so that the top of my head is planted at the top of the table with my arms pulled forward and tied parallel to the post. Difficult, but not so bad at first.... Show more
