It's funny how I always associate a standing position with something "easy". But when my mouth is packed with a large ballgag, my elbows are crushed, and my body is cinched with leather belts while standing in 6" heels, it's not so easy after all. Especially after a long period of time. Nipple clamps and some ice-cold water to compliment the situation and BAM! Diabolical Martin does it again.
