Now that Martin had my neck to my crossed ankles, it's become extremely difficult to go anywhere at this point. The most I'm able to do take the one foot in which has lost it's heel, and use it as a way to move myself around on the floor. My arms are now in a mess box tie, one shoe on, one shoe off, ball gagged and drooling everywhere, and me getting messier by the minute. I decided to try and get as comfortable as I could and kick my other shoe off but the only way I could was to scoot over to the saw and use it for that purpose.
