This was pretty tough for me. Hanging by my ponytail from the ceiling is what did it. Luckily, I was able to get passed the pain once I focused on everything else. The large ball that was silencing me, the rope that was wrapped around my neck and reminding me of my every breath. I focused on how much these nipple clamps hurt and that I should stay as still as possible... but when Martin drenches me with ice cold water, it pushes me to the edge.
