With my body pulled into an arch by my ankles and wrists, I can't do much but sway side to side as I begin to tire out. Several minutes pass by and I continue to rock... another several minutes go by and Martin comes in to give me some attention, and then I'm alone again. Swaying side to side to get me through to the end.
