Martin puts me in a kneeling position on the spool where I am held up by my throat. My mouth is packed with a huge ball, my ankles are crossed and tied together, elbows are crushed and my arms are connected to my ankles. When I move too much, the rope around my throat tightens so I have to stay as still as possible. Now that Martin's got me broken in, he puts me in a cross-ankled, head pulled back, hogtie.
