When Martin puts me in a very compact position on the pallet, it immediately turns into a struggle between keeping my head up and relaxing it into a resting position. While my elbows are tied and my ankles and thighs are bound together with my neck secured to my feet, it was hard to stay comfortable. Martin would soak me with icy water but all that does is make me uncomfortable and freezing! Then, when I finally start getting use to the position, he comes over and clamps my nipples with the clover clamps to push me just a little bit more!
