Within the first 15 minutes, Martin tells me that I have to stay put for the time he's got in mind. The thought seems reasonable until I adjust myself and end up screwing myself over. I get myself into a really uncomfortable position in which I can't fix. So the last 10 minutes become a little challenging and when he finally unties me, I feel so relieved.
