When I say I was "roped the fuck up", I mean EVERYTHING bothered me. And I have to admit... whenever I'm in a standing position, as long as there isn't a rack over my head, I always assume it's going to be easy. Nothing elaborate, just a standing position, gagged, clamped, elbows tied... I can do this in my rest type stuff lol. WRONG! First of all, the ball was huge to begin with and then I accidentally strapped it on tighter than usual. The waist rope went on and literally suckikng the life out of me.
